ArmInfo. On May 8, the Government of Armenia approved the ratification of the Convention .
The Convention was signed in Yerevan on December 26, 2024, by the Minister of Finance of Armenia Vahe Hovhannisyan and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Armenia Aoki Yutaka.
It was noted that the document will create opportunities for stimulating entrepreneurial activity in both countries, promoting competitive conditions, favorable investment activities and a stable tax field for investors. The signing of the Convention will expand the turnover of goods and services between Armenia and Japan, facilitate the movement of capital, technology and people, as well as strengthen economic ties.
