Armenia`s Constitution text is in development phase- Minister

ArmInfo.The text of the Constitution of Armenia is in the development phase and will be ready  within 10 months, as stated to journalists by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, Srbuhi Galyan, on May 7.

According to her, the text will be discussed with the members of the  Council on Constitutional Reforms in the near future. It is quite  possible that the text will be ready within 10 months. Additionally,   the Minister emphasized that different options of the Basic Law of  the country are being discussed,  but there is no final decision yet.   Galyan noted that the issue of removing provisions concerning the  declaration of independence from the Constitution is not being  discussed at the Council meetings.
