Maria Zakharova: Simonyan`s insults somehow do not fit NA Chairman`s  image

What kind of hybrid war can be waged against the leadership of Armenia, when, as we  understand it, Armenia will be represented here at events, and contacts at the highest level are ongoing regularly. This was stated by the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, during a briefing on May 6 in response to allegations from the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, Alen Simonyan, accusing  Russia of waging a hybrid war against Armenia.

In particular, she noted that contacts are ongoing  through the  Foreign Ministry and economic operators.  <Somehow it seems to me  that this does not align with the role of the Speaker of the Armenian  Parliament.  I think they need to develop some kind of common  position on this matter,> Zakharova said. She noted that, in general,  all these attacks and insults against Simonyan somehow do not fit   the image of the Chairman of the National Assembly. <I say this as a  press secretary>, Zakharova concluded with a laugh.
