Man arrested for distributing child pornography 

ArmInfo.  A man has been arrested in Armenia for producing, distributing or storing child pornography, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia reports.

According to the Investigative Committee, during the preliminary  investigation of the criminal case it was established that M.B.  purchased and stored videos containing child pornography on his  mobile phone. He then offered these videos to unidentified persons on  Telegram.

A public criminal prosecution has been instituted against M.B. under  Article 300, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia  (production, distribution or storage of pornographic materials or  objects).

Arrest was applied as a preventive measure against the latter.

The criminal case together with the indictment has been sent to the  supervising prosecutor with a motion to approve it and send it to  court for consideration on the merits.
