Yerevan, Marseille open  new chapter of  cooperation

ArmInfo.  Yerevan and Marseille open a new chapter of their cooperation. On May 5, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan and Marseille Mayor Benoit Payan signed a mutual declaration on establishing fraternal relations. "This step shapes our common goals and strengthens over 30 years of partnership built  on mutual respect, historical memory and a common vision of  development. Our cities face similar challenges. In both Yerevan and  Marseille, we strive to create an effective, cohesive and  people-oriented urban environment. I am confident that the signed  declaration will form the basis of a program that will eliminate  formalities and become a platform for practical results and mutually  beneficial projects. Yerevan remains a reliable partner committed to  constructive cooperation," Avinyan wrote on his social media page.
