Economic Protection Commission member resigns 

ArmInfo. Member of the Competition Protection Commission Karen Sedrakyan has submitted his resignation. This is stated in the statement of the NA Vice Speaker Hakob Arshakyan.

As reported by the NA press service, the resignation was submitted on  April 28. "According to Part 2 of Article 147 of the RA Law "Rules of  Procedure of the National Assembly", if within a week after  submitting the resignation, the relevant official withdraws his/her  application in writing, the Chairman of the National Assembly makes a  statement on this matter. If the given person does not withdraw  his/her application, a protocol on the termination of his/her powers  is drawn up, which is signed and published by the Chairman of the NA.  From the moment of publication of the protocol, the resignation is  considered accepted," the statement of the NA Vice Speaker says.
