Stas Namin`s book about his famous grandfather Anastas Mikoyan published in Armenian

ArmInfo. At the end of 2023, a book about the famous Soviet political figure Anastas Ivanovich Mikoyan titled "From Ilyich to Ilyich. Four Eras - One Destiny" was published. The book was written by his grandson, the famous musician and composer Stas Namin, and the Russian prose writer, screenwriter, journalist, Andrei Rubanov. The book was released in honor of the 127th anniversary of People's Commissar Mikoyan.

The idea of the book arose from Namin's desire to restore justice and  talk about Mikoyan not on the basis of the memories and conversations  of various people, but based on factual evidence. Over the course of  6 years, Stat Namin,  alongside  a group of historians, carried out  serious work to uncover archival documents that either confirm or  refute various claims about Anastas Ivanovich. Specifically, searches  were conducted in the archives of Russia, the USA, China and Armenia.   After releasing the book in Russian, it was decided to provide its  translation for  Armenian and English- speaking readers.  As a  result, tomorrow,  a presentation of the Armenian translation,  completed by historian Khachatur Stepanyan, will take place in  Yerevan, and shortly after it will be presented in the USA.
