ArmInfo. As part of his official visit to Estonia, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the Memorial to the Victims of Communism in Tallinn. As reported by the press service of the RA Prime Minister, Pashinyan was accompanied by Martin Andreller, a board member of the Estonian Institute of Historical Memory, who presented the history of the creation of the memorial complex and its symbolic significance. Nikol Pashinyan laid flowers at the memorial wall, paying tribute to the memory of the victims of communism.
