ArmInfo. On April 24, the festival "100 + 10 - ARMENIAN ALLEGORIES" opened at the M. Gorky Theater in Berlin, dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey.
The festival, which will last until May 31, is represented by several areas at once: cinema, theater, music, literature, painting. This was reported by the Berlin Art Link publication.
According to the source, today, April 25, a large exhibition opens in the theater as part of the festival, during which 37 Armenian artists from different parts of the world will present their works-reflections on the consequences of the Armenian Genocide, forced expulsion from Artsakh and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Overall, the festival reflects the ability of art to transform, but not through the cliche of sacrifice, but through hope and international connections.
