Chinese Embassy: China`s Acting Charge d`Affaires  in Armenia did not  give any interviews to Turkish media

The Chinese Embassy in Armenia officially states that the Acting Charge d'Affaires of the  People's Republic of China in Armenia Chen Ming did not give any interviews to Turkish media, and the latest rumors on this topic are not true, as noted in a statement by the diplomatic mission of the PRC.

The statement emphasizes that China's foreign policy towards Armenia  is consistent and clear. "We support the efforts of the Armenian side  to preserve national independence, sovereignty, security and  territorial integrity. China is committed to strengthening friendly  and cooperative relations with Armenia and jointly promoting the  high-quality implementation of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative  for the benefit of the two peoples.  It should be noted that an  interview allegedly given by a Chinese diplomat appeared on a Turkish  website the day before, claiming that an agreement between Armenia  and China in the field of transport was imminent.
