Artsakh Rights Council to join  torchlight procession commemorating  110th anniversary of  Armenian Genocide

ArmInfo.The Council for the Protection of the Rights of Artsakh People  will hold an event on  April 23 at 18:30 in Yerevan's Freedom Square to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. Following the event, it will join the traditional torchlight procession, starting from  Republic Square at 19:15.

On its Facebook page, the Council urged everyone to join the  procession and pay  tribute to the innocent victims of the Armenian  Genocide. The Artsakh  Rights Council noted that the event also  serves as a reminder of the ongoing Turkish-Azerbaijani policy of  genocide,   which the Artsakh people have experienced firsthand. "  With a call to fight, with a fight for justice, from justice to  prevention, from prevention to the return to the Homeland," the  Council concluded.
