ArmInfo. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan once again stated that all previous constitutional referendums did not reflect the will of the people. He stated this on April 21 during the conference <Justice as a Tool for Achieving Justice>.
According to him, there is a gap between the people and the legal order in Armenia. And this is precisely why problems arise in the justice sector.
<My assessment was and remains as follows: I am convinced that the gap in this legal order depends on and is also connected with the fact that, in fact, in all constitutional referendums there was a certain public perception and conviction that the officially registered results of the constitutional referendums do not reflect the will of the people or do not fully express this will>, - Pashinyan said.
As the Prime Minister pointed out, he talks about this a lot at various venues, presenting the ideology of real Armenia.
<This is a very important nuance, and I see a fundamental and deep problem here, including precisely because we have a problem with the organic connection between the people and the legal order established in the country. Certain cracks have appeared here too, and, in my opinion, these problems arise, are formed in these cracks. This is an issue we need to think about. As long as there is a need for such discussions with such emphases and we are conducting these discussions, this, at least, indicates that we have not reached the point we wanted to reach>, Nikol Pashinyan said.
