ArmInfo. The merger between “Ardshinbank” CJSC and “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC has successfully completed.
Following the merger, customers of both banks will continue to receive regular services through a larger network of 71 branches. Ardshininvestbank customers will also gain access to a wide range of services offered by Ardshinbank.
As a reminder, Ardshinbank CJSC had previously announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC (HSBC Armenia), which was subsequently renamed Ardshininvestbank CJSC.
The merger of the banks will allow to form a systemically important institution meeting international standards, with greater economic potential and opportunities, emerging as an attractive and key player in international markets and with better capabilities to guarantee the rights of its customers.
Ardshinbank is the leading bank in Armenia. It provides a wide range of universal banking services, providing solutions in the areas of retail, corporate, investment, as well as private banking and asset management. The bank has the largest branch network in the country, as well as a representative office in Paris.
