Yerevan mayor comments on arrest of community officials

In this regard, Avinyan wondered how long such  actions should take place at this level for everyone to understand  the rules of the game? Despite the fact that law enforcement agencies have carried out effective work, according to the mayor, the Yerevan City Hall also has something to do in this regard. Stressing that the problems are repeated at this level, Avinyan noted that this  indicates the systemic nature of the problem, and therefore the need  to find systemic solutions and conduct a systemic analysis. In turn,  the head of the Shengavit administration, Razmik Mkrtchyan, explained that the employees were not detained in the prefecture building, and one of them is currently under house arrest. , he said.
