New prospects of cultural cooperation. Armenia-Kazakhstan

ArmInfo.  Within the framework of the Days of Kazakhstan Culture in Armenia, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (MoESCS) of the Republic of Armenia, Zhanna Andreasyan, received a delegation led by the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aida Balayeva. Deputy Ministers of Education, Science and Technology Artur  Martirosyan and Daniel Danielyan were also present.

As reported by the press service of the MoESCS, Zhanna Andreasyan  welcomed the delegation led by the Minister of Culture and  Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva and  emphasized that the Armenian side was impressed by the warm reception  from the Kazakh public during the Days of Armenian Culture  in  Kazakhstan last year.  Aida Balayeva expressed gratitude for the warm  welcome, noting that the official visit symbolizes the mutual love  and respect of the Armenian and Kazakh peoples. The Minister of  Culture and Information of Kazakhstan stressed that she was impressed  by the cultural archive stored in the Public Radio of Armenia,  particularly, the musical heritage.

The meeting addressed issues related to the implementation of joint  programs between various structures of the two countries, fostering a  dialogue across various fields of art, and enhancing mutual  recognition among young people. Both sides emphasized the potential  for organizing joint events that would strengthen the cultural ties  between Armenia and Kazakhstan.  At the end of the meeting, a  Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the "Public Television  Company of Armenia" CJSC and Khabar Agency JSC.
