Political scientist: About 180 bloggers in Armenia received $20  million annually from USAID

ArmInfo About 180 bloggers in Armenia were funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), as noted  by Stanford University professor Artur Khachikyan.  "Attention, attention: recent information reveals that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has sponsored about 180 bloggers in Armenia, totaling  $20 million (US$20,000,000) per year. How do you like this democracy? How do you like this corruption?  Manipulating public opinion in another country  and leading to a catastrophe," the political scientist posted on his  Facebook page.

Let us recall that shortly after his inauguration in January of this  year, newly elected US President Donald Trump announced a 90-day  suspension of USAID activities. Later, US Secretary of State Mark  Rubio announced the closure of 83% of USAID programs.
