ArmInfo.  Any attempt to continue the Karabakh movement is destructive for Armenia, since it has been and will be an instrument against the statehood, independence and  sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia. This statement was made by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan when addressing the parliament on April 17. According to Pashinyan, in the late 1980s, the idea of  Armenia's independence was generated not for the sake of a better  life, but for the sake of resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
