ArmInfo. During a working visit to Brussels, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met with European Commissioner for Defense Andrius Kubilius.
As reported by the press service of the Security Council of Armenia, the interlocutors discussed the potential for bilateral cooperation in the defense and military-industrial sector. Grigoryan presented the work carried out by the Armenian government to develop the defense-industrial complex and industry priorities. In turn, Kubilius presented in detail the EU priorities in the defense and military industry sector as well as the action plan arising from the strategic concepts developed within their framework. The Secretary of the Security Council commended the assistance provided to Armenia through the European Peace Facility, emphasizing its importance from the perspective of enhancing Armenia's resilience.
