ArmInfo. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Stephen Doughty, Minister of State for Europe, North America and the Overseas Territories of the United Kingdom, to discuss opportunities for expanding cooperation between the countries.
As reported by the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, the meeting was held within the framework of the Diplomatic Forum in Antalya. "The strategic dialogue established between our two countries has laid a solid foundation for the development of qualitatively new and deeper cooperation in various areas, and we are continuing our joint efforts in that direction," Mirzoyan emphasized. As noted by the press service of the Foreign Ministry, during the meeting the interlocutors also exchanged views on regional developments. Mirzoyan underscored Armenia's clear position on the signing of the peace treaty with Azerbaijan as a key milestone towards establishing lasting stability in the South Caucasus. During the meeting, the interlocutors also discussed topics of cooperation on multilateral platforms.
