ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is ready to take any measures to maintain his power, so the opposition forces in the country must be prepared for any actions to uphold the state. Former member of the National Assembly of Armenia, public and political figure Naira Zohrabyan stated this in a conversation with journalists on April 9, discussing the public reaction to the authorities' actions towards the people of Artsakh. Zohrabyan believes that Armenian society is fed up with the actions of the current authorities. She supported her words with survey results, showing a high level of public hostility towards the government. According to her, this level of hostility has not been seen under any other government in Armenia. In this regard, the public and political figure emphasized the importance of uniting the opposition forces and taking decisive actions to remove the current Prime Minister's team.
The politician also criticized the statement of the Armenian Foreign Ministry regarding the protection of the rights and interests of the people of Artsakh, calling it shameful. Zohrabyan pointed out that even the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, does not make reference to the document signed by the President of Artsakh Samvel Shahramanyan, aimed at saving the Artsakh population from ethnic cleansing.
