ArmInfo. Armenia plans to implement an international business education program that will become one of the best in the region. This is stated in the message of the Armenian International School "Matena".
As noted in the message, starting in September 2025, a new EMBA (Executive MBA) program for the development of management skills and business education is planned to be implemented in Armenia, which will provide participants with the opportunity to get acquainted with the experience of global business leadership abroad. In addition to Armenia, the educational program will be held in Germany, Cyprus, the United Arab Emirates and China, which will provide participants with the opportunity to study the management experience of leading companies in these countries, as well as to find reliable international business contacts.
The program will be jointly developed and implemented by the Armenian International School "Matena" and the leading business school of Germany ESMT Berlin.
The program is designed for people holding leadership positions in various fields. In a year and a half, participants will have the opportunity to significantly improve almost all the necessary business management skills: from professional negotiations to digital transformation of the company, from effective financial management to confident public speaking, from overcoming conflicts and crises to sound investment strategies, from the use of artificial intelligence to deep self-knowledge.
The program will feature current and former directors and vice presidents of global giants: BlackRock, NVIDIA, Rakuten, Moderna, IBM, BCG, Oracle, McKinsey, Shell, Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, who will directly share their unique experience.
"Being founded by companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Deutsche Bank, Siemens, McKinsey and others, we are very careful in choosing partners, and the partnership with Matena is based on trust and first-class quality of business education, confirmed by the experience of joint short-term programs," says ESMT Berlin President Jorg Rohol.
