ArmInfo. Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Paruyr Hovhannisyan has been dismissed from his post. The relevant decree was signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on April 4, according to the Government's press service.
Paruyr Hovhannisyan has been serving as the Permanent Representative of Armenia to the Council of Europe since 2016. He was recalled from this position on October 29, 2021, following Prime Minister Pashinyan's recommendation and the President's decree. On November 9, he was appointed as Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia.
