Earthquake on Armenian-Azerbaijani border 

ArmInfo. An earthquake occurred on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was reported by the Territorial Seismic Protection Service of the Ministry of  Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

The source notes that an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.1 was  recorded on April 4 at 04:19 on the territory of Azerbaijan. At the  epicenter, the force of the tremors was 4 points.

An earthquake with a magnitude of 2-3 points was also felt in the  city of Kapan in the Syunik region of Armenia.
