Regarding the amendment of the Constitution, Galyan noted that work is still underway on its new text. According to her, this process will take about 8-10 months. Journalists also asked whether the Armenian authorities were prepared to meet the preconditions set by the Azerbaijani side for the conclusion of a peace treaty, which included dissolving the OSCE Minsk Group and removing the Declaration of Independence from the Constitution. The Minister of Justice reiterated several times that the government of the Republic of Armenia was ready to sign a peace treaty with Azerbaijan. preconditions, and I don't think the government considers them either.
