Ministry of Interior expalins incident involving traffic police  officers 

ArmInfo. In connection with the video that has spread on social networks, which shows how Patrol Service officers use force against one of the drivers, the Ministry  of Internal Affairs has issued an explanation.

In the video, Patrol Service officers approached one of the cars,  began to pull the driver out by force, and then took him away in an  unknown direction.

As emphasized in the explanations of the Ministry of Internal  Affairs, as part of a state protocol event, Patrol Service officers  ensured the unimpeded passage of a column of cars. At that moment,  one of the drivers, waiting for the column to pass, began to insult  law enforcement officers in obscene language. He was taken to the  central municipal police station, and after explanations, released.

What remained behind the scenes was who exactly the Patrol Service  officers ensured the passage of the column of cars with. There is a  suggestion on social media that this is a motorcade carrying German  President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
