Azerbaijani MoD once again disseminates misinformation

ArmInfo. The statement issued by the Azerbaijani MoD that on April 2, between 1:55 p.m. and 2:05p.m,  the RA Armed Forces fired on Azerbaijani combat positions  in the southeastern section of the border zone, does not correspond to reality, as stated in the message by the Armenian Defense Ministry.

The RA MoD recalled that the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia has proposed the establishment of a joint Armenia-Azerbaijan mechanism for investigating cases of ceasefire violations and/or information about them. However, Azerbaijan has not responded to this proposal yet.  The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia reaffirms that, in accordance with the position of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, it stands ready to investigate the facts supporting the statement of the Azerbaijani MoD, should they be provided to the Armenian side.
