ArmInfo. The wife of the director of the Public Radio of Armenia Armen Koloyan, Shushan Ghazaryan, spreads hate speech against a certain part of Armenians - the people of Artsakh. Human rights activist Zhanna Aleksanyan wrote about this on her Facebook page, reacting to screenshots of Ghazaryan's comment distributed in the Armenian segment of social networks.
Aleksanyan noted that the hate speech of Koloyan's wife is so base and vulgar that it is impossible to even quote them. "Does the director of the state media share his wife's thoughts? I think so. Otherwise, he should publicly apologize to the people of Artsakh and not only," the human rights activist noted.
In this regard, the human rights activist emphasized that the time has come for legal regulation of such statements that incite hatred. Aleksanyan called for those who distribute them to be held accountable, especially if they hold positions in the media.
Yesterday, April 1, screenshots of a comment by Armen Koloyan's wife, Shushan Ghazaryan, were distributed in the Armenian segment of social networks, in which she, reacting to the recent rally, called the people of Artsakh ungrateful and "unfortunate people forgotten by God, eating our bread."
The former employee of Radio Liberty, who actively supports the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and his ideology, after receiving the post of director of the Public Radio of Armenia, on the first anniversary of the loss of Artsakh, in order to please the "boss", hung a clock showing the time in Baku and Ankara on the wall in the room where the "Radiolur" program is filmed. Reacting to the uproar, Koloyan confirmed that it was on his orders that the sign with the clock was installed, and emphasized that he does not intend to remove it, despite the protests of the radio staff.
