ArmInfo. The Russian Film Festival will be held in Yerevan from April 3 to 5. During the festival Yerevan viewers will have the opportunity to watch both the latest releases and classic films representing Russian cinema. The festival will take place at the Moscow Cinema. According to a message from ROSKINO, the festival organizer, the program will feature five films.
In 2025, the Russian Film Festivals will be held in honor of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. Consequently, the film screening program in Armenia will include two war dramas: <Podolsk Cadets> (directed by Vadim Shmelev) and <First Oscar> (directed by Sergey Mokritsky). ROSKINO CEO Elza Antonova highlighted the strong audience engagement and interest in Russian cinema during previous Russian film festivals in Armenia.
