Pashinyan: We plan to hold a referendum on the Constitution in 2027,  and maybe in 2026

ArmInfo. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan shared his plans to hold a constitutional referendum in 2026-2027 in an interview with PTA. According to Pashinyan, the issue  of changing the country's Basic Law has been in their political  agenda since 2018, and since 2020, there has been talk of adopting a  new Constitution.

Pashinyan said.
