Armenia`s MOD does not confirm report on buildup of Azerbaijani  troops on Armenian-Azerbaijani border 

ArmInfo. The RA Ministry of Defense does not confirm the reports of the Armenian media about the accumulation or movement of the Azerbaijani armed forces on the  border. This was stated to journalists on March 21 by the head of the  Armenian Defense Ministry Suren Papikyan.

He noted that earlier the RA Ministry of Defense asked the  Azerbaijani side to provide evidence of the shelling of Azerbaijani  positions allegedly committed by the Armenian side. "We say, if you  have evidence, provide it to us. The Armenian side, in turn, is ready  to study these materials and take appropriate measures. So far, no  reaction has been received from Baku," Papikyan emphasized.

He added that all dangerous actions, shots fired by the Azerbaijani  Armed Forces in the direction of Armenian positions are assessed by  the Armenian Defense Ministry. Papikyan once again called on media  representatives to publish verified data. In this context, the  minister did not confirm the fact of intensive shelling of Armenian  positions in the Sotk region, which is all over social networks.

Answering a question about the death of a soldier as a result of  pneumonia, the minister noted that in all cases of deaths of military  personnel, both official investigations and investigations are  conducted by law enforcement agencies.

On March 21, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, for the 13th time in  the last six days, made accusations against Armenia about alleged  violations of the ceasefire. The Armenian Defense Ministry denies all  these accusations.
