Moscow considers it impossible to resume OSCE Minsk Group`s work

ArmInfo. Moscow considers it  impossible to resume the work of the OSCE Minsk Group, as stated by  the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova,  during a briefing on March 20.

<Moscow's stance on the OSCE Minsk Group remains unchanged. The  American and French  Co-Chairs of the Group  simply stopped their  activities, ending their interaction with their Russian counterpart  in February 2022,> Zakharova said.  Also, she continued, Armenia  recognized Karabakh as an integral part of Azerbaijan following the  Armenia, Azerbaijan, the EU, and France summit - this was in Prague  on October 6, 2022. Additionally, the situation <on the ground>  changed dramatically in September 2023. Accordingly, the mandate of  the Co-Chairs of the Minsk Group on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement,  approved by the OSCE  long ago, has simply lost its relevance,>  stated Maria Zakharova.
