ArmInfo. In Yerevan, Artsakh residents are holding a protest outside the government building of Armenia, demanding payment of funds under the "40+10" support program. The protesters note that some of them, were not included in the lists for various reasons and did not receive benefits from this program.
As the protesters explained in a conversation with journalists, many of them lost financial assistance because they were outside of Artsakh before the blockade and did not have time to return before the roads were closed. This led to them being denied beneficiary status under the program. Despite being in Yerevan for over a year and having applied to the immigration service, some of the protestors have not received any assistance. They also emphasized that among them are pensioners who lost their pensions after the mass deportation. The protesters claim that when they ask for help, they are denied, with officials stating that their names are not on the lists. They are advised to demand a solution to their issues from the Artsakh authorities, rather than the Armenian government.
