Democracy, Law, Discipline party leader released 

ArmInfo. The Democracy, Law, Discipline party leader, Vardan Ghukasyan, has been released.

According to the party's statement, Vardan Ghukasyan's lawyer Levon  Baghdasaryan said that Ghukasyan is already free, but a court  decision has not yet been made regarding him.

 "During the hearing, the court heard the defense's position and went  to the deliberation room to make a decision. A court decision has not  yet been made," the party reported. The party also stated that for  security reasons, it cannot provide additional details yet, as they  may be "incorrectly interpreted by some people."

Vardan Ghukasyan, was arrested by ICE officers and placed into  custody in Las Vegas, Nevada, spokesperson of ICE said. 

According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, 47-year-old  Ghukasyan entered the United States on Feb. 19, 2022, and failed to  depart under the terms of his admission.

"Vardan Yurik Gukasian, 47, is an Armenian national who is in U.S.  Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Gukasian was arrested by ICE officers on Feb. 20 and placed into  custody for his immigration proceedings. He entered the United States  on Feb. 19, 2022, and failed to depart under the terms of his  admission," said ICE spokesperson.
