During a meeting in Paris, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Narek Mkrtchyan, and the Minister of Labor and Employment of France, Astrid Panossian-Bouvet, discussed several issues related to the expansion of Armenian-French cooperation in social protection, specifically in the areas of labor, employment and women's issues.
As reported by the press service of the Armenian Embassy in France, Mkrtchyan presented the sectoral priorities and planned reforms in this direction. The Minister spoke about the importance of developing Armenia's Strategic Employment Plan for 2025-2031, target areas and upcoming events. During the conversation, the parties emphasized the importance of the joint work of the Unified Social Service and the French provider of social services. The possibility of signing a joint memorandum in the field of labor and social protection was discussed.
