Armenian FM does not currently see any opportunity for the return of Karabakh Armenians to their places of permanent residence

ArmInfo. The head of the Armenian MFA, Ararat Mirzoyan, does not currently see any opportunity for the return of Armenians forcibly displaced from Nagorno- Karabakh to their places of permanent residence.

Speaking at a meeting of the RA National Assembly Committee on Foreign Relations on March 14, the Minister noted that Azerbaijan hasn't made any efforts  to facilitate the return and safe living conditions of compatriots in Nagorno-Karabakh. "I do not see any efforts from Baku to ensure these conditions," the head of the MFA stated. In response to questions from opposition MPs about the authorities' reluctance to use the expression "occupied Nagorno-Karabakh", Minister Ararat Mirzoyan noted that this expression was actively used after the statement in Prague on October 6, 2022.
