Thus, the Austrian Foreign Ministry cordially welcomed the progress achieved in establishing peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan and expressed hope for the imminent signing of the agreement.
"A comprehensive and fair agreement would undoubtedly strengthen stability, security and prosperity in the entire region," the statement says.
Estonian Foreign Minister Magnus Tsahkna also welcomed the agreements. "Estonia welcomes the historic agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This is a long-awaited step towards achieving peace and stability in the region, and we hope for the imminent signing of the peace treaty," the Estonian Foreign Minister noted in a post on Twitter (X).
The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei responded to the situation. He welcomed the announcement of an agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan on the provisions of the peace agreement between the two countries and considered it a necessary and important step towards achieving lasting peace in the South Caucasus region.

On March 13, it became known that Yerevan and Baku had completed the approval of the draft peace treaty. At the same time, the Armenian Prime Minister noted that the time and place of signing the treaty have not yet been determined. According to him, Yerevan is waiting for the go-ahead from Baku. Touching upon the content of the two remaining points that were agreed upon, Pashinyan said that this is an agreement on the non-deployment of third-country forces and the waiver of international claims.
