The land next to the Yerevan TV Tower, valued at $ 644,000, will be  returned to the RA

ArmInfo. The State Interests Protection Division of the Prosecutor General's Office successfully  pursued its claim  in  the Anti-Corruption Court on March 6, 2025. Following the court's decision, a land plot of 6640 square meters with a purpose, on G. Hovsepyan Street in Yerevan near the TV tower and valued at 254 million 244 thousand drams, will be returned to the state's ownership.

 As reported by the press service of the supervisory authority, the  Prosecutor General's Office had previously filed a lawsuit to nullify  the purchase and sale agreement  signed on June 30, 2005 between the  Mayor of Yerevan and A.M., and to enforce the consequences of  invalidity. Specifically, it was required to invalidate the state  registration of A.M.'s right for the mentioned real estate, which was  based on the purchase and sale agreement for the land plot. - 0 -
