RA MFA: Armenia did not assume any obligations that it failed to  fulfill

ArmInfo.Armenia did not assume any obligations, including those on unblocking regional infrastructures, that it failed to fulfill, as stated by RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during the government hour in the National  Assembly on March 5.

Nevertheless, according to him, Yerevan is ready to begin unblocking  regional transport and economic infrastructures as soon as possible.  Mirzoyan continued, stating that Armenia has proposed a well-thought-  out "Crossroads of Peace" project and specific proposals have been  made to Azerbaijan. The Minister also recalled that regional  infrastructures serve as more than communication channels with  Azerbaijan. For example, discussions are underway with Turkey  regarding the potential use of the Gyumri-Kars railway, and Armenia  in interested in establishing communication with China through the  territory of Azerbaijan.  Mirzoyan emphasized that political  consultations were held today with Chinese partners at the level of  representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Following this,  a joint statement was adopted.
