Armenian FM presents details of Armenian blogger`s return from  Belarus

ArmInfo.Armenia is a free country and everyone is free to take steps they deem appropriate within the frames of the law. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, during  the government session on March 5, while commenting on the return of blogger Bella Babakhanyan from Belarus to Armenia.  

Mirzoyan noted that he is not going to comment on reports regarding the involvement  of  "Prosperous Armenia" party leader and businessman Gagik  Tsarukyan, in the process. "I can only report that on February 20,  the Armenian Foreign Ministry sent a note to the Belarusian Foreign  Ministry, and three days later  a letter was received, stating that  after the  15-day administrative detention period, this person would  be released," Mirzoyan noted. He added that the Armenian side is not  responsible for the strained relations between Yerevan and Minsk,  attributing the blame to certain individuals who directly stated that  Belarus had helped Baku during Azerbaijan's war against  Nagorno-Karabakh.
