Armenian Defense Ministry denies Azerbaijani misinformation

ArmInfo. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied enemy misinformation about the alleged shelling  of Azerbaijani positions.

"The statement issued  by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, alleging  that on March 4 at approximately 10:05 p.,m., units of the RA Armed  Forces opened fire at Azerbaijani combat positions  in the  southeastern section of the border, does not correspond to reality,"  the Armenian Defense Ministry said in a statement.  The ministry also  added that earlier the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia has  proposed the establishment of a joint Armenian-Azerbaijani  mechanism  to investigate  ceasefire violations and related information.  However, Azerbaijan has not yet responded to this proposal.
