Baku has not reasons to reject Yerevan`s proposals - Armenian premier 

ArmInfo. The fact that we have received the 12th edition of the peace treaty indicates that the process has not reached a dead end. This was stated by Armenian Prime  Minister Nikol Pashinyan in a conversation with journalists in the  National Assembly.

"Now we must present our proposals, that is, the process is  underway," he noted.

Pashinyan recalled that delimitation commissions are working. Several  meetings have already been held this year.

Speaking about unimpeded communication, Pashinyan pointed out that a  similar communication exists between western Azerbaijan and  Nakhichevan via the territory of the IRI. Armenia is ready to provide  railway communication on the same terms. At the same time, Armenia is  ready to further simplify the railway operation regime with  Azerbaijan, but on a reciprocal basis.
