Ishkhan Saghatelyan: The restoration of  the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora  trinity is the only way to create a new quality  Armenian state

ArmInfo.The restoration, reconciliation and renewal of Armenia, as well as the restoration of the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora trinity represent the vision that we offer for the formation of a new quality Armenian state.  Representative of the Supreme Body Ishkhan Saghatelyan stated this in his speech while addressing the 35th General Congress of the ARF "Dashnaktsutyun" (ARF).

He emphasized that the ARF meetings have never been regular party or  protocol events.  At the same time, the ARF representative drew  attention to the fact that the resent meetings have a different  nature and mood due to the defeat in the war, the occupation of  Artsakh, the forced displacement of thousands of compatriots and the  presence of Armenian prisoners of war and leaders of Artsakh,  including the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau member  David Ishkhanyan in  Baku prisons. 

In this vein, Saghatelyan emphasized the need to confront the  intensified anti-Dashnak campaign, which has evolved into a fight  against national ideology. He noted that the 35th general meeting of  the ARF is taking place during a fateful period for the people and  Armenian statehood, as the Motherland is facing serious challenges to  both internal and external security. In this regard, Saghatelyan  called on all national, healthy forces to unite efforts to eliminate  the anti-national authorities of Armenia, neutralize threats to the  Armenian people and statehood, form a new quality national government  and build a strong Armenia by using the potential of Armenians  worldwide.
