ArmInfo.Vandals have desecrated the memorial in Victory Park in Yerevan dedicated to those killed in the Great Patriotic War. The perpetrators damaged the wreaths placed at the Eternal Flame in honor of February 23 - Defender of the Fatherland Day. Photos and videos of the incident are circulating on Armenian social platforms.
Note that this is not the first such case. Last year, on January 30, a similar incident happened where a vandal damaged the wreaths at the monument to the children of besieged Leningrad. Then law enforcement officers very quickly detained the vandal on the spot and brought him to justice. However, there has been no reaction from law enforcement officers regarding this recent incident.
