


ArmInfo. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation with his Lithuanian counterpart Kestutis Budrys. The interlocutors discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation. In the context of further deepening the established effective interaction, the parties emphasized the importance of maximizing cooperation opportunities in various fields, parallel to high-level political dialogue.
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Lithuania discussed ongoing efforts towards deepening the Armenia-EU partnership, including through continuous active dialogue with EU member states. Ararat Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of cooperation and implementation of projects in areas of mutual interest, ranging from democratic reforms to infrastructure development and strengthening resilience.
In the context of expanding cooperation in various formats, Ararat Mirzoyan and Kestutis Budrys expressed satisfaction with the active dynamics of Armenia's cooperation with the Nordic-Baltic countries and exchanged views on future activities. Regional and international developments were also touched upon. The Foreign Minister of Armenia emphasized the country's firm political will in establishing lasting peace in the South Caucasus.
