ArmInfo.Just as the soul is embodied in a person, so the nation is formed by its people  through the state. This was stated by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in his address to the nation, while resenting the draft  ideology of "Real Armenia".

According to the Prime Minister, while the concepts of nation and  people are often used interchangeably, they have distinct political  meanings that are closely linked. A nation is a community with a  shared ethnicity that doesn't necessarily have a common political  identity, while a people are a  political entity, with shared  citizenship and legal capacity.  The Armenian people are the  foundation of the Armenian nation. The Armenian people are the core  of the Armenian people. Citizens of Armenia, who are representatives  of other nations are also part of the people of Armenia.

"In this context, it is important to note that the state is the best  tool for a citizen and a nation to determine their destiny, to  predetermine their destiny, and the best life for a person is  possible only in their own state," Pashinyan emphasized.  He also  touched on the point "Get rich and make rich". " Both the state and  the individual must  be bound by a mutual desire to enrich each  other. The presence of an appropriate environment is the most  important guarantee of success. This implies that the state's logic  of enrichment is only possible in an environment of legality,  equality  before the law, justice and creativity. If hard work in  such an environment does not result in a large income, then the work  is ineffective."
