Yerevan Municipality services on high alert due to expected snowfall 

ArmInfo. All Yerevan Municipality services have been put on high alert due to the expected heavy snowfall that will hit the capital of Armenia in the second half of February 19 and will continue until February 21.

According to the press service of the capital's municipality, the  expected snowfall may affect traffic, visibility and daily  activities. "The Yerevan Garbage Removal and Territory Cleaning,  Landscaping and Environmental Protection Department, the  Municipality's Communal Department, as well as the municipal  departments of the administrative districts will be involved in snow  removal with all their available resources. At the same time, we  remind business entities that, by the relevant decision of the  Council of Elders, they are also obliged to clean and improve the  adjacent territories," the municipality said in a statement.
