Armenia, India discuss expanding defense cooperation

ArmInfo.As part of his working visit to India, Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan met  with Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. The Head of the Armenian Defense Ministry  shared this information on his Facebook page.

In particular, he said that during the meeting, both parties  expressed their satisfaction with the current state of bilateral  cooperation and discussed avenues for further expanding defense  cooperation between Armenia and India. Additionally, they exchanged  views on regional and international security issues.  The Ambassador  of the Republic of Armenia to India Vahagn Afian and the Chairman of  the Military- Industrial Committee of the Ministry of High-Tech  Industry, Aram Jivanyan, also attended the meeting.
