"Our Russian embassy in the Republic of Azerbaijan, our representative office, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have been appealing to the Ministry of Justice, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan for years requesting assistance with registration. We have always been ready to do this, but our calls have remained unanswered," he said, RIA Novosti reports. Primakov added that Azerbaijan has always had the final say on the operations of the Russian House in Baku.
Earlier, Report reported, citing sources, that Baku had officially notified Russia about the termination of Rossotrudnichestvo agency's activities in the country.
