Government-owned facilities to be used by companies on preferential  terms

ArmInfo. In Armenia, state-owned objects will be provided to companies for free use on certain preferential terms. The draft government decision was  published on the legal information website e-draft.am.

According to the source, state property will be provided for free use  for the implementation of programs approved by the executive body  aimed at developing sports, education, culture, and solving social  problems. The term for providing state property will be at least  three years. Currently, there are cases when investors present  long-term projects aimed at developing specific areas defined by the  government's action program and having significant significance for  the development of the relevant industries, but cannot be satisfied  due to the fact that the companies do not have the appropriate space.  With the adoption of the draft decision, they will be provided with  state property for free use on preferential terms with the right to  monitor the implementation of the provisions of the contracts.
