Armenia`s premier offers congratulations on 33rd anniversary of   Armenian army 

ArmInfo. On the Armenian Army Day, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan went on air and congratulated on the 33rd anniversary of the formation of the RA Armed Forces with one 4-second phrase. 

He devoted the rest of his 3-minute video address to the system of  social credits within the framework of the universal declaration of  income of individuals. The official text of the congratulatory  message, which the heads of Armenia traditionally delivered, was  never published.

<Today is Army Day, on which occasion I congratulate everyone, but  now I want to talk about how the social credit system works in the  context of universal declaration>, - he said.

After that, the press service of the head of the Cabinet announced  the visit of the prime minister and other officials to the military  pantheon <Yerablur>, as well as to the administrative complex of the  Ministry of Defense of the republic.
